Hi guys, this is my second belt, the first one I lost 13 cm in 6 weeks and maintained the results using it about 3 times a week. I lost it while we were moving so I had to get a new one and im happy to say im back to my 70cm waist after having my son. Great products always and I continue to recommend you guy.
